6:00 p.m. - Power Yoga - Victoria

8:00 a.m. - Cardio Combat - Julie
9:15 a.m. - Gentle Stretch Yoga - Tara
10:30 a.m. - Sculpt - Mary
12:00 p.m. - Barre Express- (45 minutes) Michelle
5:30 p.m. - Rock Solid - Lorraine
Wednesday:
6:30 a.m. - Strength & Conditioning - (gym) Julie
8:00 a.m. - Body Blast - Lorraine
9:15 a.m. - HIIT - Julie
10:30 a.m. - Slow Flow - Tara
Thursday:
8:00 a.m. - Cardio Combat - Julie (45 min)
9:15 a.m. -TRX - Mary
10:30 a.m. - Vinyasa Yoga - Tara
12:00 p.m. - Barre Express - Michelle (45 min)
5:30 p.m. - Barre- Michelle
Friday:
8:00 a.m.- Chisel & Burn - Lorraine
