9:15 a.m. - Gentle Stretch Yoga - Tara
10:30 a.m. - Sculpt - Mary
12:00 p.m. - Barre Express- Keri

Wednesday:
8:00 a.m. - Body Blast - Julie
9:15 a.m. - HIIT - Julie
10:30 a.m. - Slow Flow -  Tara

Thursday:

8:00 a.m. - Cardio Combat Xpress (45 minutes) - Julie 
9:15 a.m.- Balance 'n Tone - Katie 
10:45 a.m. - Vinyasa Yoga - Tara
11:45 a.m. - Stretch & Recover Xpress- Amanda

Friday:
8:00 a.m.- Chisel & Burn - Julie
9:15 a.m. - Barre- Keri
10:30 a.m.- Yogalates- Katie

Saturdays check mind/body for details as our Saturday class types change:
9:15 a.m: Barre, TRX, or HIIT
