Group Exercise Classes April 2021

Please note that with the restrictions that are placed on us we are constantly changing to meet the requirements. This is the planned schedule for September 2020. Please always check Mind/Body for current times/classes and to reserve your space.

Monday:

8:00 a.m. -Rock Solid - Lorraine
9:15 a.m. - Ultimate X - Mary
10:30 a.m. - Vinyasa Yoga - Marie
6:00 p.m. - Power Yoga - Victoria

Tuesday:
5:00am- HIIT-Julie
8:00 a.m. - Cardio Combat - Julie
9:15 a.m. - Gentle Stretch Yoga - Tara
10:30 a.m. - Sculpt - Mary
12:00 p.m. - Barre Express- (45 minutes) Keri
5:30 p.m. - Rock Solid - Lorraine

Wednesday:
8:00 a.m. - Body Blast - Lorraine
9:15 a.m. - HIIT - Julie
10:30 a.m. - Slow Flow -  Tara

Thursday:

8:00 a.m. - Cardio Combat - Julie (45 min)
9:15 a.m. -Barre Express- Keri (45 min)
10:30 a.m. - Vinyasa Yoga - Tara

Friday:
8:00 a.m.- Chisel & Burn - Lorraine
9:15 a.m. - Ultimate X - Mary
10:30 a.m.- Yogalates- Katie

Saturdays (check mind/body for details of classes as we alternate week to week)
