Fitness and Recreation
The Beau Chêne Fitness Center offers members the opportunity to exercise on top quality equipment in a quiet and comfortable environment. The Fitness Center is conveniently located on the second floor of the Tennis & Fitness Center and is available from 4:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. with an electronic access card.
The Fitness Center is equipped with a selection of cardio equipment such as treadmills, bicycles, recumbent bikes, elliptical trainers and stair steppers. For your convenience, all of our cardio equipment is equipped with individual television viewing systems with remote and headphone receptacles.
Our strength training equipment is state-of-the-art and consists of various resistance training and weight stack equipment designed for a complete body workout.
Certified personal trainers are available for group and individual training sessions.
Fitness Director Mary Piper has added new Group Exercise classes that are completely free for Beau Chêne Fitness members! You will find a variety of classes to fit your needs. From cardio to strength training. Our classes we offer are: Circuit Training, Tabata, Yoga, Combat, Power Pump, Sculpt, Barre, Zumba/Zumba Gold, TRX, and Stretch classes. All of our instructors are certified and qualified to teach to all levels of fitness. Come and try one of our classes! The current offerings can be found on the Group Class Schedule Page.
