Ken Johnson, C.C.M. - Club Manager

A native New Orleanian, Ken attended De La Salle High School and the University of New Orleans. His experience prior to becoming a Club Manager was in French Quarter hotels and restaurants. He served as General Manager of fine private clubs of all types, primarily in Florida, for over 30 years, receiving C.C.M. (Certified Club Manager) status in 1990. He is very glad to finally be home and has dedicated himself to the task of having Beau Chêne CC recognized as one of the best all-around clubs in the State.

Michelle Braiwick – Membership and Sales Director

Michelle is here to assist you with your membership and to help orient new members into the club life. She is also your contact for weddings and private events.

A native of Louisiana, Michelle was born and raised on the Northshore. Michelle graduated from Fontainebleau High School, where she was both a cheerleader and on the dance team during her time there. She has been in the customer service industry for the last 10 years. Michelle resides in Mandeville with her son David Paul

Hosie Bourgeois – Executive Chef

A graduate of the Culinary Institute of New Orleans, Hosie has since honed his skills in some of New Orleans finest restaurants, including "Crozier's", under the tutelage of a famed French chef, the late great Gerard Crozier. Hosie came to Beau Chêne as Sous Chef in 2002 and was promoted to Executive Chef in 2007. In 2010, Hosie was recognized as one of New Orleans' top chefs and chosen to represent Beau Chêne CC and the City of New Orleans in the "4/14 Festival" in Dijon, France, cooking alongside Michelin three star French chefs. He prides himself in the use of the freshest regional products, consistent classical technique and a love for food that never leaves him satisfied, to produce the truly exceptional fare that the members of the club have come to cherish over the years. Chef Hosie is the very proud father of two young men… Blair and Xachary.

Matt Campagne - Assistant Manager

Matt was raised on the Northshore, attending Covington public schools and Fontainebleau High School. Matt began his career at Beau Chêne in April 2009. He worked through the ranks starting as a member of the Cabana staff, then moving inside the clubhouse as a busboy. Matt was promoted to Club Steward in July 2010 then server in March 2013. A graduate of Southeastern Louisiana University Business and Hospitality School, Matt was promoted to the position of Assistant Club Manager in 2014.
