Morgan's Dining

Experience the very best in Northshore dining at Morgan's, Beau Chêne's fine dining room. Executive Chef David Ramey's vast experience and extensive training from the Culinary Institute of America comes to life in Morgan's Dining Room.  Chef David's modern approach to culinary arts and creativity deliver a menu that is always fresh and exciting. Menus change with the seasons and Chef David's nightly specials are always an excellent choice.  Morgan's bar also offers a wide selection of mixed drinks, wine and bottled beer.  Morgan's is open nightly for A La Carte Dinner on Thursday, Friday and Saturdays and often hosts the Sunday Brunch when it's not in the Oak Grill. 

Morgan's Bar is the perfect place to grab a pre-dinner drink or a drink with friends and family.

The Main Ballroom can hold up to 120 patrons and has a 12' screen with overhead projector for private events, live score boards and viewing presentations.

Morgan's Dining Room has panoramic views of the golf course with floor to ceiling windows and can seat up two 100 people.

The Main Lobby plays host to Santa, the Easter Bunny and many other events (including former U.S. Presidents).  All events can be booked in person at the front desk and the sales office for membership questions is immediately off the Lobby.

The Magnolia Room

Located on the second floor, The Magnolia Room is a popular area for meetings and retreats for up to 50 people.  A conference phone and 55" flat screen TV with Chromecast is available for meetings and food and beverage support is often provided to the second floor for these events.

The Camellia Room

Located off the Oak Grill, the Camellia Room can be booked as a private dining room for up to 30 people.

Oak Grill Dining

For casual dining, join with your friends and family for a great meal, drink or snack in the Oak Grill. Large panoramic windows give you a magnificent view of the golf course while several flat-screen televisions provide you with a chance to watch the big game in high definition. Our beautiful "sinker cypress" Oak Bar is just the spot for a tap brew, cocktail or glass of finely selected wine.

On weekends, the Oak Grill opens early for an a la carte breakfast on Saturday and the always popular Sunday Breakfast Buffet, featuring Chef's made-to-order omelets and bottomless mimosas.

At lunchtime, whether you're in the mood for a juicy cooked-to-order hamburger, a great salad or a chicken Caesar wrap, our staff will provide you with a delicious meal. In addition to our fantastic a la carte Lunch menu, the Oak Grill is home to our popular Chef's Special lunches on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. On Thursdays, the Grill's menu is augmented by a delicious Buffet with a great variety of choices.

Friday afternoons in the Oak Bar are always lively with Happy Hour drinks from 5 - 7 PM. The Oak Grill Dinner menu is available Thursday-Saturday, and provides great-tasting affordable meals for your entire family, as well as Louisiana specials from fried chicken and blackened catfish to oysters Rockefeller and garlic-stuffed pot roast. We also feature selections for healthier (but still delicious) eating with choices approved by "Eat Fit Nola's" nutritionist.
